This may sound strange but it really works πI got it from a blog called " One Good Thing by Jillee " and have been doing it every morning for awhile now .I just keep a thermos of coffee next to my bed so it's right there when I wake up no need to run to the kitchen first thing in the morning.Give it a try and see what you think π
Anyway here's the tip:drink a cup of coffee then go back to sleep for 15-20 minutes.This gives the caffeine a chance to kick in while you're still relaxing instead of groggily trying to move about the kitchen .Weird but wonderful I say π
